Following her Women in Business Awards 2025 win in the “Advocate of the Year” category, Viktoria Bloomberg, Founder and Managing Attorney of Bloomrich Law Firm, has been formally recognized by four U.S. government bodies:the U.S. Congress, the California State Senate, the California State Assembly, and the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
U.S. Congress Recognition
Congresswoman Young Kim commended Viktoria Bloomberg for her “exemplary leadership and contributions to the Mission Viejo community and its surrounding areas,” highlighting her role in promoting the values of service, professionalism, and civic responsibility.
California State Senate
Senator Catherine Blakespear presented Viktoria Bloomberg with a certificate on behalf of the California State Senate, recognizing her contributions to the advancement of the legal profession and her commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.

County of Orange Board of Supervisors
