For the first time in our firm’s history, we are proud to introduce the Employee of the Year award—and the honor goes to Lada Evdokushina, our Senior Case Manager, for 2024!
A Journey of Growth and Dedication
Lada joined our firm in 2021, beginning her journey as an SMM Manager and Personal Assistant to the attorney. Over the years, her dedication, adaptability, and drive for excellence propelled her to become one of the most indispensable members of our team.
Today, Lada handles the most challenging and critical client cases, showcasing her exceptional skills in case preparation and her keen logical mindset.
But Lada’s contributions don’t stop there. She is also the backbone of our firm’s technical operations, expertly managing website development and IT tasks. In 2024, she played a pivotal role as the web developer in creating our groundbreaking DIY Guide for Changing Status from Tourist to Student Visa. This project marked a significant milestone for our firm, and Lada’s involvement was instrumental in bringing it to life.
Also, in 2024, Lada became a certified paralegal, which added to her skills and made her even more amazing to work with!
