About Viktoria Bloomberg
Our founder and lead attorney, Viktoria Bloomberg, is a California immigration attorney with a Ph.D. in Law. She has been recognized by the U.S. Congress, the California State Senate, and the California State Assembly, including recognition as Advocate of the Year in 2025.
Viktoria has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2026 and selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2024 through 2026. She holds a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating and has received multiple Avvo Clients’ Choice Awards from 2023 to 2026. In January 2026, she was ranked among the Top 3 Immigration Attorneys in Orange County by Business Rate, powered by Google Reviews.
Viktoria is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). She has also served as a speaker at the 2025 AILA National Conference, the Orange County Bar Association’s Small and Medium Law Firms Section, and the 2025 California Lawyers Association.
Before founding Bloomrich Law Firm, Viktoria served as Head of Legal for a multinational corporation, bringing a strong corporate and international legal background to the firm’s immigration practice. Viktoria is also a participant in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, which is designed to support entrepreneurs and help small businesses grow and scale. Today, Bloomrich Law Firm represents clients in complex U.S. immigration matters, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, L-1A, E-2, and other business and family-based immigration cases.
